Thomas J Sharkey former heavyweight fighter was committed to the Tombs after a trial that found him guilty of a disorderly resort on East 125th Street near Third Avenue. Andrew Osborne who ran Sharkey saloon for 12 years accompanied him. A waiter charged with them was discharged.
