Clifford B. Conway, a former student and chemical assistant at the University of Minnesota, has been awarded a Fleischmann Verst Co fellowship. He will devote full time to research work toward his Master of Science degree, receiving a $450 cash award. The note offers congratulations on his achievement.
Manitoba Agricultural College announces winter courses for young men and women able to leave home. Degree tracks require high school completion. diploma and practical courses suit varied education backgrounds. Focus areas include Livestock Judging, Engineering and Business English for Agricultural students, Sewing, Foods and Cooking, Home Nursing, and Household Management. Shorter two week to two month courses available for those unable to depart long term. a booklet with full details is available on request.
Regulations for the World's Grain Exhibition and Conference to be held in Regina from July 25 to August 6, 1932 are available from the Secretary's office. Open to worldwide competition, exhibitors may enter multiple classes with one entry per class, with crops from any year, and must show bona fide property and variety name.
