The Westrour Majestic Construction Limited crew advances a 109 mile trunk line from Midale to Cromer linking to the Interprovincial Pipeline with 50 miles of gathering pipe. Westspur Pipe Line Company will operate the system with an initial 20 000 barrels daily capacity rising to 60 000, boosting Estevan area economics.
