Mrs. George Bruce spent a social evening Monday and attended a Whist Drive after the regular meeting in Brandon. Prizes went to Mrs. Tibbatte and CE Ellerington, consolation prizes to D J A Dalghren and R E Rowan, followed by a dainty lunch.
The United Church U P 8. met in the church basement last Wednesday night for games and competitions. Miss Gladys McKenzie delivered an engaging paper on the topic presented, detailing local efforts and voices for the season.
