Ju Galt to preside at assizes opening this month
Ju Galt will preside at the damn day assizes which open on to 18th with five criminal and one civil case on the list. A Dr Scholl Foot Specialist will be at this store all day Thursday November. The Miniota Agricultural Society holds its annual meeting on Saturday November 29 at 2:30 pm in the Municipal hall. Trustees met Friday afternoon for routine business. Estimates for repairing the Beulah stable were given and a committee to revise van contracts will report at the next Miniota meeting December 2 at 2 pm.

Miniota Curling Club Forms At Friday Meeting
A meeting in Miniota last Friday elected officers for the new curling club including President W L Dorward and Vice-president A Kerr. Joe Evans will care for the rink. A teachers federation meeting at 22 in the schoolhouse will be addressed by EB BK. The public is invited and organizers seek full attendance.
