Reeve Graham reviewed expenditures for side roads and road construction methods from a U S tour and noted possible staff overlaps to save costs. He spoke on electric lighting and said council considered the issue thoroughly and aimed to aid villages. Councillor Craig sought more electric lighting information while Councillor Lynch noted focus on road upkeep during tenure.
