Edgar C Temple, 26, died after a brief typhoid illness at Jeffery Hale hospital. He served about ten years with the Bank of Montreal, with postings in Toronto Montreal and New York, and was esteemed in Quebec City. The remains go to Toronto for interment. he was a brother of Claude C Temple of the Northern Crown Bank.
