Rural Council Adopts Revised 1937 Tax Roll At Revision Meeting
The Rural Council met as Court of Revision and for general business. Appeals against assessments were denied for several parcels while others were reduced. transfers of property assessments were approved. The council authorized payments to the Municipal School Board, granted funds to Grace Hospital, and arranged cemetery deeds and attendance at a university convention. The tax sale date was adjusted and payment terms extended. The next meeting would be called by the Reeve.
