Expiring Licences Extended Amid Winnipeg Mail Strike
Winnipeg motorists face a one month grace on licences expiring October 31 due to a mail stoppage. All renewals mailed in should be completed by November 20 1978 with extensions advised to enforcement agencies and neighboring provinces. Renewal forms may be obtained at major offices or driver licence agents nationwide. If the postal strike continues beyond November 30 further action may be considered.
