The Joyeasters Orchestra will perform at the eDay event on the 23rd, promising complete satisfaction for attendees. The program features a full lineup intended to engage and entertain the audience throughout the day.
Tenders will be received for building a metal sheeted van shed at Arrow River measuring 40 feet by 24 feet with 7 foot stud and 1 foot cement base. Tenders must be in the hands of the undersigned by 6th June 1930. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Jack Cook and Leu Kinsey have both returned from Brandon hospital with marked improvements in their health. Empire Day Dance at Miniota is scheduled for Friday night, inviting all ages to attend.
Notice announces W C Baer a factory piano tuner with 16 years' experience will stay a few days in Minnesota. People can leave orders at The Herald Office to have pianos and organs tuned cleaned and regulated for $5.09 with a guarantee. Country orders promptly attended.

The Municipal School Board met in Minnesota on May 14 1930 in the Supervisor's office. By law 22 was read a third time and passed. Teacher committee recommendations for next year were discussed. Re-engagement of teachers must be received by May 24 1930. Budget estimates of 6106 60 were adopted. Arrow River Community Club offered 375 for a van shed. tender for a metal sheeted van shed to be advertised. bids due June 1930. Teachers' Committee authorized to fill vacancies. Next meeting set for Arrow River on June 7 1930.
