Homemaking Notes on Caring for Teflon Cookware
Practical guidance on preserving non stick surfaces. Wash with warm soap, rinse hot, oil surfaces before first use, grease bakeware for butter cakes and fruit rich mixes, and avoid extreme heat. Use nylon or coated utensils, expect burn marks and stains be hard to remove, and reoil after cleaning. A stain removing mix of soda and water can help light stains after boiling brief time.
