Miniota WI met with talks on Belgium and musical festival rehearsals. A heavy snowstorm worsened southeast province floods. Red Cross aid and government relief are in place as dykes fail in Winnipeg. Miniota Merry Stitchery Sewing Group held an Achievement Day with awards, a girls camp trip, and a fashion parade. Lunch was served and gifts given to the group leaders.
