Misses R Wright and R Gibbon visited in Winnipeg over the weekend. Mrs H Harvey of Durban visits Rev and Mrs G A McMillan. The article notes attention to backs of stores but some remain to receive attention as clean-up continues.
Burglars entered A. E. Brads in Isabella and J. D. Forsyths in Miniota unknown, drilling a basement door and blasting the safe. Brads saw underwear and overalls missing and about 2.00 in bills. Forsyths’ safe was blown apart with $15 in change scattered, valuables untouched, and $8 in debris found. Police and fingerprint experts investigated.
The winter trees turn green as foliage flourishes and fields reveal new crop rows. People tidy yards and villages appear neat and pleasant, marking a cheerful transition to spring.

School estimates adopted at 56390 dollars, down 7100 from prior year. principals’ top salary set at 1800 dollars. new teachers with second class standing paid at least 950 dollars.
