A service will be held at United Church Minnesota at 1139 4th Street conducted by Rev. E Egilsson and Rev. B O Whitfield who will give the address at Arrow River 830 pm A second service in Flabella church at 8 00 pm led by Rev H Bowman follows the same day
Special services will be held in the churches on Easter Sunday with special music. The time of service at Holy Trinity Church is 11:30 am. Communion.

An ideal Thursday drew people from far and wide to the Tom G Long farm where power machinery and farm stock were sold by Auctioneer Joe Johnston at good prices. Ladies served nearly 500 lunches with proceeds to the Red Cross. Mr and Mrs Walter Long move to a Carberry farm and are wished success. Mr and Mrs W E MacDonald, formerly of Swan River, have rented and moved into the farm with a warm welcome extended to the couple.
