Annual Presbyterial Meeting Held in Birtle Church
The seventh annual United Church Women meeting in Birtle themed The Challenge of Change drew 97 attendees on February 17. Rev Ralph Clark moderated a panel with Mrs W W Cochran Mrs H L Cook Rev Campbell Connor and Rev G Fulford on church structures and change. Officers for 1969 were elected including President Mrs J E Hudson and Vice Presidents across four areas. Delegates to the Manitoba Conference U C W meeting in Winnipeg were named with alternates.
