A large crowd watched the Military beat the St. Jago Stars by seven runs to six at March Pen Oval on Sunday. Middleton and Barrett starred for the Military, while Daniel and Butts stood out for St. Jago. The two first named are the Wilfs, formerly of Miniota, now with the Winnipeg Grenadiers in the BWF.
