Shower honors for Dorothy Wythe then bridal toast
A large group gathered at the Spalding home on June 10 to honor Dorothy Wythe with a miscellaneous shower featuring musical numbers by Mrs. MacKinnon Mrs. Spalding and Miss Lynch. War Remembrance Service At Cenotaph Grounds
A community service honored fallen soldiers with a rededication to duty in world conflict. A choir led hymns including The Heavens are Tellin from The Creation, Rev. B. Whitfield delivered a practical address on war-time work, and a local poem closed the memorial at the Cenotaph.
