Mr and Mrs W P Woods announce their elder daughter Evelyn Maud Eleanor engaged to Kevin Glen Kidd son of Mrs H V Kidd Brandon and the late Dr Kidd. The wedding is set for Saturday July 9 1966 at 2 pm in Knox United Church Brandon.
Isabella News reports Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Allan of Victoria British Columbia formerly of Isabella Manitoba celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 7, 1966. A pleasant party was hosted with several friends including Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kirk and Mr. R. Kirk.
Arrow River News reports the Community Centre Committee met June 8 with all members present. Plans were made to prepare the sports grounds on June 16 and 17. The Study Group met June 7 at Mrs Leans.
