School Trustees Meeting in Miniota Discuss Budgets and Staffing
The Municipal school board held a Tuesday meeting in Miniota. Officials adopted the Teachers Committee report and filled staff vacancies, approved fencing disposal, set estimates at 5584000, planned for Confederation Celebration participation, scheduled school holidays, reappointed John Spalding as Secretary-Treasurer and James H. Illiewes as Supervisor and Attendance Officer, and read and passed Law No 17 on borrowing for current expenditure. Next meeting to be called by the chair.
