Wedding of Celia Alley and Lawrence Sutherland in Beulah
A double ring ceremony was held April 10 1971 at the United Church Beulah. Celia Elizabeth Alley daughter of Mr and Mrs Arthur Alley became the bride of Lawrence Murray Sutherland son of Mr and Mrs George Sutherland Isabella. The gown featured silk crepe de chine lace and pearl trim with a lace veil. Bridesmaids wore lemon Georgette dresses and yellow daisies. The bride’s going away outfit was a fortres dress in blue and white. The couple honeymooned in North and South Dakota and Montana with guests from Saskatchewan Manitoba and Winnipeg.
