Mrs VY Hatcher of Sturgeon Creek moves near her daughter in town. Mrs Hammond reminds readers of Miniota Sports Day on Tuesday June 71st with bills to follow. Mr and Mrs Cairns of Pipestone visited J D F Harrower. S Fulcher of Metropolitan Life visits Mintota June 16. District turnout attended Hon T Norris Liberal speech in Hamiota.
The Rural Council at Mini ots met to award gravelling contracts and pass several resolutions. They approved creosoted pile bridge plans on road N 32-12.27 and notified Wallace council. Amendments to Good Roads Board assistance and by laws 646 and 647 were read and passed. Multiple tender acceptances and financial arrangements followed, including sewering and Jubilee celebration funding up to 3200. The session closed with a directive for the Memorial committee and a call for the next meeting at the Reeve’s discretion.
