United Church Annual Meeting At Miniota Birtle Parish
The United Church held its annual meeting January 24 in Miniota. Reports from Beulah Birtle Isabella and Miniota plus the Wider Parish Committee were reviewed as Rev. Maxwell and Rev. Kayes work to unite the four congregations. Committees reported on Sunday School Explorers CGIT 15 Plus Group and adult education with two canvasses. New hymn books dedicated in memory of L Draper and an In Memoriam book and stand funded by Mrs. Williams. New appointments to committees announced.
