Winnipeg Visitors and Military Training Change

Winnipeg visitors E Spalding and H Forsyth joined Mrs J Stowe M Forsyth and A B Cunningham last week. Under the compulsory training plan starting with the March draft, trainees will serve four months. J H McIntosh of the local bank left for a three week vacation at his Hamiota home. Miniota curlers ended a Winner-Loser competition with a Bean supper in the Masonic hall Saturday night.

Scavenger Hunt Engages Y P A Members In Evening

A scavenger hunt took Y P A members on a town wide quest collecting items from pins to elephants. Teams completed all lists as games and lunch wrapped up the evening.
