Rural council approves pension and hospital payment
The rural council met with Reeve Lynch in charge. An Old Age Pension grant was approved and general expense charges listed for CNR stations at Minot a Quadra and Uno H S Hyndman and Municipal hall. The town agreed to pay 17400 as its share of Hamiota Hospital District capital cost and to cancel bonds. A snowmobile for EMS was discussed. Land sale of NE quarter 3-13-26 to Charles Ellerington for 25. A 10 donation to the Canadian Legion Poppy fund followed a personal 18 gift by officers. Ward overdraw limits were set for five councillors.
