It seats up to three patients, features upgraded oxygen, IV gear, a vacuum tank, heating, air conditioning, and radio equipment. Grants from Manitoba Health Services Commission funded the purchase. earlier start in 1971 with Lions Club help and community donors established the service. current fees cover operating costs with capital funding supported by grants.

Miniota Gets Community Calendar And Holiday Events
Middwest Recreation District reports Miniota gains a community calendar funded by Erik Harlin of Miniota Leisure Sales for sharing notices with Hamiota Herald readers. The second annual Decker Miniota hockey tournament runs December 28 29 in Decker for eight and under. A photography club revival is planned in the area with meetings in Oak River and field trips to develop skills. The gymnastics program finale impressed parents and will expand next year. Capital Recreation Grants Announced in Manitoba
Tourism minister Bob Banman announced capital recreation facilities grants totaling 435067 for 35 communities across Manitoba including Winnipeg. The funds from the lotteries trust are Phase II Series V of the program with 3 per capita rural allocations and 20000 per Winnipeg community committee.
