Birdtail River Division Board Meets in Shoal Lake 1962
The Birdtail River Division Board held a November 22 1962 meeting at Shoal Lake with Trustees Fulton Stimpson Selby Gamey Reynolds Fraser and Hunter and Inspector Funk present. They adopted minutes from November 6 and received the correspondence. Tenders for 500 stacking chairs were invited with a December 20 1962 deadline. The board approved a $50 grant for Volleyball Inter Division champions to attend the Winnipeg finals on November 24 1962 and directed nominations for attendees to the November 29 meeting. They authorised classroom signs for Kenton and Miniota Collegiates and called for oil tenders for five collegiates for 1963 with the lowest tender not guaranteed. The meeting adjourned to November 27 1962 at 8 PM.
