Fur stores planned coast to coast expansion in Canada
Cyril J. Ross, head of Swears and Wells, travels in Canada to raise 1 million dollars to open fur store branches from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. Half ownership in the chain will be funded by money raised in Canada and the U.S. The plan targets medium priced furs at up to 35 dollars for secretaries. In Tokyo, former General Rensuke sogai led a farewell as 88 war criminals were released under the treaty ratification.
