Miniota Municipal Council Meeting Minutes Aug 10
The Rural Municipality of Miniota met at Hawthorne's Hall on Tuesday August 10 at 1 pm with the Reeve presiding and councillors in attendance. Items included prior minutes, telephone committee, right of way payments, ditch survey, bridge petition, sanitarium address, and by law transfers. Council discussed party line telephone rates, Dr Frazer’s accounts, a $100 grant for ploughing on Quadra road, slough drainage drilling, five mill tax rate, reclaiming unused appropriations, purchase of scrapers, loaned scrapers repayment, land title with Mrs Littlejohn, and adjourned to meet again August 14 at Miniota.
