A Welcome Addition To District Medical Service
A ceremony marks the official opening of the E. D. Hudson Memorial Building in Hamiota Manitoba on August 10 1968. The program honors Dr Edward Dunbar Hudson who arrived in 1907 as a Manitoba trained physician and served the district as a family doctor and general practitioner, supporting church, schools and medical progress while guiding younger physicians. The tribute highlights his lifelong dedication to patient care, professional service, and community development, with a portrait to be displayed in the rotunda.
