Boy 13 Rescues Crew, Awarded Bronze Medal
Rogert Lacelle, age 13, of Cornwall Ontario, receives the Royal Humane Society bronze medal for rowing a motorized boat through burning oil on the St Lawrence River. He made three trips to save Milverton crew members after a collision with the Translake last September.
