Management by Petition in South Australia Sparks Debate

A satirical look at protest by petition in South Australia criticizes citizen meddling in departmental work and rail and post office decisions. The piece cites Mount Gambier post office worries, Millicent railway changes, and calls for technical specialists to run departments rather than popular pressure. It notes a tying of political tone to ongoing public discourse on governance and efficiency.
