Queen Should Not Refuse Bile Beans Say Advertisers

A colonial advertisement argues that even monarchs may err and urges rulers to take Bile Beans for digestive ailments. It claims the vegetable laxative is safe, effective, and endorsed by physicians, with Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania as markets and a Sydney depot listed. The text also merges agricultural notes about potato and onion crops, Moorak land, and local farming activity, including the Webster Brothers and Gambier East leases, alongside dust concerns from Claraville fields.
