A 1898 Act provision for a rate on sheepowners and a district rate for destroying wild dogs and foxes was discussed. Financials: receipts 26 25 9d, bank 24, cash in hand 2 2s 9d, overdraft 832 9s 10d, to be reduced by 200 before next meeting. Rates were coming in slowly.
