A large morning turnout of about ninety loads faced a sluggish market. Buyers from Montt Lordon Galt and others offered little for cattle while drovers reported no fair prices. Shipping cattle 33 to 34 and a fraction cents per pound. butchers’ cattle slow with many good lots selling near 28 to 33 cents. Lambs, sheep, hogs and calves mixed, overall market described as poor with light demand and ample stockers on hand.
