The plan provides comprehensive hospital benefits for in patients in approved hospitals and emergency out patient care within 24 hours after an accident. If not registered or not group eligible, register on a Pay Direct basis by completing the advertisement form, mailing it with a cheque for one month’s premium. Do not send cash through the mail.
