He urges residents to back a new Millbrook High School, argues the current facility is a make shift, and calls for council action to fund debentures rather than sending students to Orono. He emphasizes citizen involvement and education as community development drivers.

Neighbours and friends held a surprise party at Grace Church Manse Millbrook on Tuesday evening March 18 to honor Rev W H Heustin his wife and family. Twenty seven visitors attended Master of ceremonies William O Brien read an address and Howard Lancashire and Mrs Melville Ball presented a leather wallet with fifty dollars. The Heustins expressed thanks and Mrs Heustin noted she enjoyed the neighbours company. Refreshments were provided by visiting ladies. Keep in mind the Red Cross Blitz Thursday March 27.
