Gloriadale Farms Ltd announces an open house at their Millbrook area farm on Sunday June 17 1962. The all day event welcomes all, with displays of riding horses and the renowned Polled Shorthorn herd. Representatives from Agrico and Bishop Seeds will discuss pasture programs and grassland operations. Gloriadale Meteor 5th will be on display, noting its progeny sold across Canada and the United States, and a new sale to New Zealand.
Douglas Stewart, a Grade 3 delivery boy for The Star in Millbrook, services 15 homes and can take 10 more while keeping up with homework. Contact at supper time 291.
