It claims the miller supports industry, welcomes farmers, offers lower flour prices, charges 6c per bag for coarse grain grinding, and notes customers who weigh grain at home report honest dealings.
The announce that R Deyell cannot close his surplus stock of groceries crockery glassware silverware and fancy goods and will keep the business open for another year due to national mood and crop failures. He promises continued bargains with 10 to 25 percent savings and 12 pounds of tea for $1.00, thanking patrons for 26 years of support.
A local grocer urges customers to visit after a change of hands and offers discounts on sugars and promotions for Tea Flour Feed Meals and general groceries featuring Our Own Blend products.

Maud Mullen returned after six weeks with friends in various towns. Lew Woods came home after four weeks in Trenton. John Brown returned from Souris Man praised the country and may return in spring.
