Griffin elected Reeve and Councillor in one month

The Cmemee election returned Geo Griffin as Reeve with 80 votes and as Councillor with 78 votes. Other councillors elected were Redmond Carey Archie Scott and David Graham along with Dr Rogers and Skuce. Griffin had previously been elected Councillor on January 6 and resigned to become Reeve on February 3.
