Again it saw the Crusaders as they went on theirway to the Holy Land and itwas across the mountains that [ can see that Napoleon told his army, “Across the Alps lie Italy” and it was then that this section (Savoie) became a part lt;;f France. Really I suppose one of the mostfamous and one of the most historical places of entire France.And a tourist who visits France doesn’t consider his tour complete without seeing it. In fact he has missed the place of all France most dear and sacred to the French people. It is located in a small village near the Mueseriver and right on the side of amountain. Up the mountainionly a short distance from the birthplace and by the way the house in which she is said to have been born is still preserved with a beautiful park around it,i iis the place she is supposed to
