A. people have charge of the recreation part of it and .there’s most anything that a fellowwants to do, climb mountains, take trips, etc., or lay around in the shade and that is what Ido most of the time. There isa famous sulphur spring here and people from all over France come here for laths and treatment. I have met some very interesting French people, who emne here. The people andcity in the whole world. And it is constantly growing in population regardless of the war conditions. And as we boys say. “it is certainly some town too.” And located in one of the most beautiful valleys I have ever seen. Riirht at the junction of the Rhone river which is fed by the Alps mountains and the Soane river, neither of which are very ’arge at that point. They will ccrrpare in size to the Wabash and Ohio rivers, if anything probably net quite so large. The valley of
