Loomis has just raised a fine Band here,for the 10th Wis Regt. which take away 24 men There is not a city in'the Union that will have on the tented field, in proportion to population, so large a representation as La Crosse. And we shall send a full com-j pany every two weeks, and if that will not do;the whole city will go down among the traitors, and help punish rebellion.
