Navy Plane Falls,1 Dead, 4 Missing. SAN DIEGO iff)—A Navy P2V Neptune patrol plane with five aboard has crashed into San Diego Bay. •. • The Navy said one body has been recovered and four are still missing.The two-engine plane look off from North Island Naval Air Station at 7:33 Tuesday night Search was started at 10:30 p.m. after it failed to make radio contact within the mandatory period of three hours.The plane was from Patrol Squadron 721, based at Olenview, 111. Officials said it was a reserve squadron and had reported here last week for two weeks of active duty. ' •
