Slupek attended two army schools in Yokohoma and graduated with a semi-skilled rating from the Wire Chief course and earned a skilled rating in the automatic telephone maintenance course.He has been in Japan since he landed on the Island of Honshu when the- occupation of Japan began. He has been overseas for 29 months.The jump depicted above was the first mass jump made on the 1 Island of Hokkaido.
