Area Officers, Including Chaplain, Promoted by ArmyFifteen Army officers from the Washington Metropolitan Area, one a chaplain, have been promoted and three others have been ordered to active duty, the War Department announced yesterday. A full colonel and two lieutenant colonels are included on the list.Col. Reese F.Hill, 4114 North Fourth street,Arlington, Va., received the notification of his advancement on his 35th birthday. A native Of C»pt. Ei«em»n. Anderson, S. C., he graduated from The Citadel and held a reserve commission in the Coast Artillery being called to active service in 1940. Prior to that he was engaged in the insurance business.Others advanced were Lt. Col. Paul R. Jeffrey, Lt. Col. James S. Caples. Capts. Paul W. Yinger, the chaplain; Robert A. Wheeler. Daniel Marshall Andrews, James S. Eise-man. Charles T. Butler, jr., Jack T. Dubit; First Lts. Julian H. Hoskin-son, Andrew J. Copp and Harry B.
