Herr, of Chandler, hare begun a special inspection of the Oklahoma national guard. Captain Ferguson will look , into the condition of Companies B. C. D. G. I. K and the hospital and signal corps. Captain Herr will hare the examine tioa of Companies A. E. P. H. L and M. the First battery, engineer company. troop A and the armory and depot at the headquarters of the adjutant general in Guthrie. It is possible i that the reports of these officers may have some bearing upon the question as to whether or not the Oklahoma national guards shall participate in the army maneuvers at Fort Riley, Kansas.
