West Florida Expenditure Scrutiny Demands Reform
A letter to the Government from Minxco Cuitto Tannan Pow argues that vast sums paid for military works in West Florida lack proper vouchers and oversight. It questions who plans and executes the projects, whether materials are produced locally, and alleges possible inflated costs and pocketing under new procedures. The author urges examination of existing vouchers and direct reporting by engineers and artillery officers.
