It defends selecting admirable papers, rejects trivial verses, and urges a system to preserve and profit from a growing, varied collection amid rising print demand and political unrest.
Notice states that all bills drawn by Meff Bell Cockson Carr Widdrinton and Saint proprietors of Newcastle Bank on Meff Glynn and Hallifax will be discharged as they come due by Mr. Cockson at Meff Castell Whately and Powells in Lombard Street. Also notes June issue of Wheble's Lady's Magazine published July 1 with six sprig patterns six watch papers and an engraving by Walker.
