Night in Pasay and London disturbances and notices
A long column of varied 18th century items notes political bustle in London with mentions of Aldermanic elections, sheriffs, and royal bonfires. It reports social events, church scene at St Pauls, and a papal Pilgrimage plan, plus shipwrecks, naval appointments, and market prices. It catalogs arrests, trials, accidents, deaths, and marriages, peppered with local appointments and weathered by a miscellany of domestic notices.
