Controversy Over Wesley Forgery in Dr Magee Cheer
A polemic accuses Dr Magee of presenting a forged quotation from John Wesley regarding perfection and probation. The piece argues Wesley never wrote the disputed lines and condemns the interpolation as a deliberate deception to malign the Methodists. It cites Wesley’s Hymns and calls for scrutiny of authorities cited by Magee.
